I know… “what is that?!” An elixir… I made two jars. I juiced 4 lemons, some ginger, about 10 sprigs of cilantro, a massive sprig of basil. Coconut sugar, maple syrup & honey to sweeten… topped off with turmeric and cayenne pepper. Add water to make a little over 64 oz. Time to #clean house!

Woke up and made juices plus an elixir. Felt like a detox sort of day. Green goodness in NYC jar! I made juice today with apples, lacinato kale, romaine, parsley, cilantro, ginger, lemons, carrots, celery. I filled up two 32 oz jars. Took the leftovers, abt 2 cups. Then blended that up with 3 bananas, 3/4 cup each of peach and mango, as well as some yellowy maca and hemp protein powder. Hope I can sleep tonight!
